The ground floor is thoughtfully laid out to encompass the living, dining, and kitchen areas on a strong axis to the garden with an open, contemporary feel.

The villa is linked to the luxurious underground driveway connecting the whole site, with private parking bays, an elegant lower ground foyer, and a staircase connecting into the living spaces.

The dining area features a stunning marble and wood custom-made table, accentuated by Scandinavian-designed seating and lighting.
