Conran and Partners is looking for a BIM Manager to come and join its busy and creative studio to lead the BIM set up, standards development and implementation across studios in London, Brighton and HongKong.

Responsibilities of the BIM Manager will include office wide as well as individual project setup and establishing delivery strategies to develop workflows for the project, maintaining project BIM models and associated BIM support documents, managing BIM deliverables and assistance with the project delivery.

The BIM Manager shall provide ongoing training and support to architectural teams in the use of BIM tools & workflows including continuous quality control to check adherence to company standards for all design output.

The successful candidate will automate routines in BIM to support standards and increase productivity, create and maintain template files to assure standards, create Revit families in response to project needs and set standards for visual appearance of BIM output and implement set up to facilitate required aethestic output.

The BIM Manager will require advanced knowledge and experience of CAD applications and practices, and manage the transition from Microstation to Autocad for 2d projects including the initial Autocad setup.

This is a full-time position. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.

Conran and Partners are looking for talented and enthusiastic Junior visualiser to come and join their London studio, to work on several exciting projects. Conran and Partners is a team of architects and interior designers with a world-class reputation spanning over half a century. Founded by British design icon Sir Terence Conran, our RIBA chartered practice combines this valuable heritage with a contemporary vision that transforms bold ideas into truly inspiring buildings and interiors, working collaboratively across typologies and territories.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in interior design or architecture, with an excellent technical understanding and the ability to produce high end quality visuals using 3ds Max / Vray.

Applications from graduates will be considered as well.

Ideal candidates will have:

• The ability to consistently meet deadlines and quality expectations following the existing visualisation pipeline.
• Experience in creating stylised visualisation and photorealistic imagery as well as simpler, understated visuals.
• Must be proficient in Autodesk 3D Studio Max, Vray and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Microstation, Sketchup, Autocad and Revit. Premiere and After Effects a bonus.
• An education in, or passion for architecture and design.
• The ability to understand architectural drawings and concepts.
• A keen eye for detail.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Interior design degree or architectural qualifications
• Experience in the hospitality, residential and/or retail sector
• Minimum of 3+ years professional design experience.
• Strong design and communication skills
• Creative flair and a conceptual approach to design
• Enthusiasm and the ability to work independently and show initiative
• Understanding of and experience in delivering projects from pitches to packages
• The ability to work well in a team as well as guide more junior staff
• The capability to collaborate, to innovate and to learn
• Strong skills in 2D and 3D package(s) including CAD skills and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and the ability to deliver drawing packages.
• Working knowledge of FF&E
• Experience in using Revit is an advantage
• Experience of running a small project may be beneficial
