The Dusk Penthouse sits within the LUMA, a new boutique residence in the heart of King’s Cross. Following the success of our interior design concept for LUMA, with architecture by Squire & Partners, the practice was invited to bring the Dusk Penthouse, which sits on the tenth floor, to life.
The four-bedroom penthouse is a home of lateral proportions and is named The Dusk Penthouse for its triple aspect views over lush urban gardens and positioning that invites the evening sunlight in at almost every angle. Spanning over 2,200 sq ft with a further 550 sq ft private roof terrace, the penthouse has been designed for true indoor-outdoor living, with our design drawing in its park-side setting and bringing nature into the home.
A sanctuary in the heart of the city, the space adopts a warm yet subtle colour palette, focusing on neutral, earthy tones along with natural materials including timber and stone.
The penthouse has been designed to offer a number of distinct ‘zones’ to accommodate a variety of uses. A series of hidden sliding doors have been introduced throughout the home to allow for certain areas to be screened off for privacy as needed. The design for The Dusk Penthouse is entirely bespoke, with every item intentionally sourced and curated.
