Conran and Partners designed the destination restaurant for Park Hyatt Jakarta, a Japanese dining concept featuring an open kitchen restaurant, Teppanyaki and Sushi restaurants, a Sake Bar, cocktail bar, expansive terrace, and a series of private dining and event space.
Drawing on the wider hotel concept inspired by Indonesia’s rainforests, natural resources and craft traditions, Conran and Partners created a sophisticated dining destination that pairs authentic Japanese cuisine with panoramic city views. A rich palette of natural materials, bespoke furnishings and crafted details creates a contemporary yet welcoming atmosphere across a series of distinctive dining and private entertaining spaces.
