The Holborn
The Holborn is Conran and Partners first residential development with Henderson Land, part of the ‘H Collection – City Living with Landmark Style’. The development offers residents the opportunity to work, relax and entertain – across 420 apartments and amenity spaces which are connected over several floors by a series of oasis-like terraced gardens.
Cosmopolitan yet local, our approach is centred around connection to context – with different spaces skewed towards inspiration found in the strong character from the project’s doorstep – the Taikoo Shing and Sai Wan Ho neighbourhoods. These references provide authenticity to the design, and are bound by a common thread – connection to nature, and use of natural materials – taking inspiration from proximity to Mount Parker and Victoria Harbour.
The apartments are elegant and timeless, offering spectacular harbour views from upper floors. Optimised layouts have been enhanced with functional storage, materials which age gracefully, all beautifully detailed – with elevated everyday moments created through application of material and specification.
The resident’s clubhouse is multi-functional – combining different modes of relaxation, entertainment and leisure – in a combination of both ‘public’ and ‘private’ zones. These are themed around bringing people together in a light-spirited way – with different interactive pieces of joinery, furniture and AV interfaces to create an immersive but informal atmosphere.
