The ground floor occupies the heart of the building, designed as a neighbourhood destination in its own right as a hotel restaurant, which creates a strong link with the surrounding city space. Conran and Partners also designed an in-house brasserie and bakery, drawing inspiration from the famous coffee shops and cafes of the city. Here, the materiality and lighting design are key elements within a crafted, modern approach.
