Katy’s focus is on managing the practice’s day-to-day operations and financial matters.
As part of this Katy has oversight on client services, including leading on appointments and contractual matters with clients, as well as developing the practice’s approach to risk management, all with the aim of ensuring clients get the best possible service. Katy also leads human resources making sure the practice is an inclusive and fair place to work and providing the team with the support they need to thrive.
Having graduated from Bath University with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and having worked in the creative sector for over 20 years, Katy is a balanced left and right-brain thinker who understands the importance of the creative process and contributes to the practice strategically. She is passionate about collaboration and innovative thinking and prioritises this and champions it within the practice.
As a Principal, Katy jointly leads the practice and its overall strategic direction through its London and Hong Kong studios.
