Steven has over a decade of experience in the architecture and planning industry, delivering complex residential, hospitality and commercial projects in the UK and internationally. Previously an Architectural Associate at Squire & Partners, he joined Conran and Partners in 2023.
He specialises in leading cross-disciplinary teams to create tangible commercial value for clients, combining deep planning expertise with strong construction knowledge to drive projects seamlessly from concept through to completion. Steven has a particular focus on refurbishment and adaptive reuse, with several of projects recognised with industry awards both in the UK and abroad.
At Conran and Partners, Steven has focused on refurbishment-led schemes across architecture and interior design. His experience includes acting as Building Regulation Principal for the refurbishment of a heritage hotel in central London, as well as delivering office buildings of varying scales in the UK and internationally.
