Bond Mansions, a residential mansion terrace block that is part of a wider regeneration project by the studio ‘Portobello Square’ has completed.
Bond Mansions provides 91 new homes, 70% of which are social rent – a primary objective was to ensure no distinction between tenure types either in design or generosity of thought. To this end, we extensively consulted with existing residents on numerous aspects including patterns of living, layouts and material preferences. External materials include Chablis brick, reconstituted portland stone and anodic bronze PPC metalwork. This high quality also represents client ambition for superior homes for all.
