Conran and Partners designed Nonya, the destination restaurant at Taj The Trees in Mumbai, a pan-Asian dining concept featuring a bar, private dining spaces and expansive terraces overlooking the pool deck and sculpture garden.
Reflecting the wider hotel concept rooted in craft, manufacture and industrial heritage, the design combines contemporary luxury with subtle Shanghai Deco influences. Rich materials, crafted detailing and carefully considered finishes create a sophisticated dining destination that connects guests to the landscape and heritage of the wider Taj The Trees development.
