Tim Bowder-Ridger

Senior Partner | CEO

Tim is a registered architect and joined Conran and Partners in 1997, initially focussing on hospitality projects, such as the Myhotel Bloomsbury and the Conran Restaurants. This was followed by large scale residential and mixed use projects, where Tim developed a particular interest in high rise development.

Tim brings a wealth of experience across sectors, in both new-build and regeneration projects. As CEO, he leads the design direction of the practice as a whole, as well as being responsible for the finance and operations of the business. In addition he directly leads on a number of strategic projects, large and small, at home and abroad. A current example being the conversion of the brutalist icon Centre Point, into a charismatic residential destination in the heart of London’s cultural district. A project that captures Tim’s insatiable appetite for the most challenging briefs.

Tim is Senior Partner | CEO of the Hong Kong business and on its Board, responsible for the overall leadership and coordination between the UK and HK subsidiary.

Outside of the world of architecture and design, and when not trawling London’s abundance of museums and galleries, Tim is a passionate horseman and spends as much time as possible in the saddle. Tim is currently building up to competition level Dressage.
