Lennard Road
Family Mosaic
Architecture

A long thin brownfield inner-city infill site, Lennard Road is a mixed tenure development for housing provider Family Mosaic.

The new-build project includes 26 homes made up of a four and five-storey building of apartments fronting the street, with a “secret garden” to the rear surrounded by a row of three-storey family townhouses and a number of two-storey mews houses.

The design has delivered good quality homes and open space for families to relax and play safely whilst allowing residents to grow their own food.
